Guest Rating6.2out of 7I enjoyed Alborz very much. The cuisine was very traditional to my understanding of Persian food from my ex-wife who was Iranian. My lovely girlfriend and I enjoyed a few appetizers before dinner like the Dolme-ye Barg-e Mo which are stuffed grape leaves which where very tender and delicious.
We also had kashk-o-badenjoon an eggplant spread with dried yogurt
which was very good. The bread wasn't quite what I expected it seemed
to be more of the Afghanistan type with the sesame seeds but was
delicious as well. For entries we had Khoresht-e Ghormeh_Sabzi (Stewed
greens with beef and kidney beans) I think it was missing on the dried
lime a bit but it was still good.
